Job Description

Licensed Clinical Social Workers (L.C.S.W.s) are urgently needed for full-time, weekday positions in Cannon City and Pueblo, Colorado.

  • Compensation includes $45.78/hour plus $2.75/hour in employer contributions to an immediate vesting 401(k) plan with 6% employer match.
  • Fully paid medical and dental insurance, including vision coverage, are provided.
  • Additional benefits include relocation/per diem allowances, a $2,000 referral bonus, weekly pay with optional direct deposit, and loyalty rewards.
  • Positions involve providing mental health care to incarcerated individuals with behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and substance abuse issues.
  • No nights or weekends required; shifts are 8 or 10 hours, with flexible start dates.
  • Prior experience in addictions, corrections, behavioral evaluations, or clinical interventions is preferred. Candidates must be compassionate, dependable, and maintain high integrity.
