Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Class A CDL OTR Truck Driver to operate tractor-trailers across all 48 states, primarily in the Midwest.
Responsibilities include safe long-distance driving, cargo loading/unloading, vehicle inspections, and effective communication with dispatch. Qualifications required are a safe driving record, minimum of 1+ years of Class A experience, and good knowledge of FMCSA regulations. Hazmat and Tanker experience is preferred but not mandatory. Drivers earn an average of $85,000 – $110,000 annually, with weekly pay, benefits including health/dental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and reimbursement for endorsements and physicals. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and compliance, with most freight preloaded and drop-and-hook deliveries, primarily using 53′ vans and other trailer types. Home weekly with minimal brokered loads. Ideal candidates are safety-conscious, communicative, and eager to learn specialized hazardous materials regulations.
