Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to join a dedicated team providing on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living communities.

Responsibilities include delivering face-to-face primary care, participating in educational sessions, and collaborating with nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Offering a competitive salary up to $300,000 with incentive pay, benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), PTO, CME, and professional liability coverage.

Qualifications required are current medical licensure, D.E.A. certification, and board eligibility or certification. This is a full-time, in-person position with a flexible schedule aimed at improving clinical outcomes and facility performance.
