Job Description

Seeking Board Certified Geriatricians, Internists, and Family Practitioners to deliver comprehensive on-site medical care in post-acute, rehabilitation, long-term care, and assisted living settings.

Provide face-to-face primary care, participate in educational sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance clinical outcomes and facility performance.
