Non-Structural Interventional Cardiology Opportunity
Red River Valley, North Dakota
Join a well-supported cardiovascular program that pairs meaningful interventional volume with a schedule designed for sustainability. This full-time non-structural interventional cardiology role offers modern facilities, strong APP coverage, and low call in a practice that values clinical autonomy and thoughtful support. It is an excellent fit for an interventional cardiologist seeking impact without burnout and flexibility without compromise.
Practice Overview
- Team includes two interventional cardiologists, one non-invasive cardiologist, and one electrophysiologist
- Supported by eight experienced APPs across inpatient and outpatient care
- Access to two interventional labs, one EP lab, and a hybrid lab with advanced imaging capabilities
- Scope includes TEEs, echocardiography, stress testing, and inpatient consults
- Watchman procedures supported, with peripheral interventions handled by vascular surgery
Schedule
- Two to three days per week in the cath lab, with the remaining time in the clinic
- Average clinic volume of 15 to 20 patients per day
- One outreach day per month serving the surrounding regional communities
- Call averages six days per month and is limited to inpatient consults with interventional backup
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $850,000 with wRVU bonus potential
- Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
- 33 days of PTO plus 10 CME days and a $5,000 CME allowance
