Responsibilities include:

• Participating in patient and family education, assessing learning needs, and delivering tailored education materials.

• Performing complex patient care, bedside testing, and prioritizing tasks based on patient needs.

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, anticipating discharge needs, and building relationships with families.
• Developing and updating care plans collaboratively, considering cultural factors, and prioritizing care tasks.
