Are you a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician seeking a rewarding opportunity in a picturesque, lakefront community? A well-established, multi-specialty group practice in Lake Hopatcong, NJ is actively seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their team.

You’ll be working alongside experienced providers and a strong clinical support team in a modern outpatient setting—delivering top-quality care to patients of all ages.

🌟 Position Highlights:

  • Outpatient-only setting – no inpatient responsibilities

  • Flexible schedule – 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours weekly

  • Patient volume – Approximately 20–25 patients/day

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a broad range of acute and chronic conditions

  • Provide preventive care, routine screenings, and health education

  • Perform vaccinations and minor procedures

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative support staff

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation (EMR: Athena)

  • Participate in rotational on-call schedule and some Saturday shifts

✅ Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

  • Active NJ medical license, or willingness to obtain

  • Valid DEA and CDS/CSR certifications (or willingness to obtain)

  • Clean malpractice history – required

  • BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Open to new graduates

  • Not accepting Locums, 1099 candidates

💼 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary: $220,000–$240,000 (based on experience)
