Job Description

We are seeking a full-time therapist to provide mobile behavioral health services across Northeast Colorado, focusing on underserved rural communities.

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy using modalities like CBT and DBT.
  • Collaborate with a team of Peer Support Specialists and multidisciplinary professionals to expand treatment and recovery efforts.
  • Offer in-person services in various settings, including hospitals and recovery residences, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.
  • Engage clients through motivational interviewing and crisis intervention, addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with CAS credential, licensure preferred, and experience working with diverse and justice-involved populations. Familiarity with telehealth and strong communication skills are desirable.
