Job Description

*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support within a fast-paced medical environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, impeccable professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

*Responsibilities*

* Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients in the area of pain management and palliative care.
* Communicate with staff, peers, and specialist to ensure the highest standards of patient care are upheld.
* Maintain compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.

*Qualifications*

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing from accredited college/university
* Master of Science in Nursing from accredited college/university
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia
* Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia
* Licensed as an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner in the state of Virginia or the ability to attain it
* Prescriptive Authority or the ability to attain it
* DEA License or the ability to attain it
* Clinical skills, including patient assessment and treatment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* United States citizen, able to pass criminal background check
* Experience in pain management and palliative care is a plus

*Salary commensurate with experience and level of autonomy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
