Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner in Galax & Hillsville, VA, providing exceptional post-acute care in community facilities.

  • Manage and coordinate patient care, conduct rounds, write orders, and facilitate tests and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and physicians, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Receive comprehensive training, shadowing, and support from a Medical Director.
  • Possess Nurse Practitioner and DEA certifications, with preferred experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine.
  • Offer a flexible, part-time schedule with a competitive salary of $120K-$130K, including benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
