Job Description

Licensed or provisionally licensed therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) are needed for part-time/full-time outpatient therapy with children and adolescents in school and community settings within Orange and Chatham Counties.

  • Services include individual, group, and family counseling, mostly during school hours, with family sessions before or after school.
  • Responsibilities also encompass intake assessments, case management, care coordination, and community-based sessions as needed.
  • Documentation must be submitted within 24 hours.

    • Required qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a human service field, provisional or full licensure (LCSWA, LCMHC, LCMHCA, LMFT), experience with youth, competency in various therapy modalities, and credentialing with major insurance providers.

    • Preferred qualifications include training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and experience working with youth.

    Position is primarily school and community-based, with clinicians assigned to local schools. Must pass a criminal background check and be willing to relocate to Siler City, NC.

    Offers benefits such as health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and bonus pay, with a salary range of $51,686–$56,402 annually. Schedule is Monday through Friday with flexible hours.
