Job Description
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with leadership to develop and implement quality improvement and educational programs that enhance patient and provider satisfaction.
Minimum qualifications include an RN license with a BSN preferred, current NM license, BLS, NRP, and PALS or ENPC certifications. A minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in women’s services or pediatrics and 2 years in management are required.
Key skills include strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical abilities, along with experience in team collaboration and working with medical staff. The role involves supervising staff, managing meetings, and addressing issues effectively.
The position reports to the Chief Nursing Executive and involves working in a clean, ventilated environment with flexibility for schedule changes and emergencies. Physical requirements include excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
