Job Description

The Clinical Manager oversees clinical services in Pediatrics, collaborating with executive and medical staff to develop and implement quality care and educational programs.


  • Minimum qualifications include RN licensure in New Mexico, BLS, NRP, PALS or ENPC certifications, and a BSN preferred.

  • Requires strong clinical, leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with experience in interdisciplinary team collaboration and working with physicians.

  • Minimum of 5 years in pediatrics or women’s services, plus 2 years of management experience.

  • Reports to the Chief Nursing Executive and works in a safe, well-lit environment, managing stressful situations with flexibility in working hours.
