RN Manager, Surgical CPCU & Neuro

All positions are located in Fresno/Clovis, CA. Community Health System, with a 128-year history, is the region’s largest healthcare provider, comprising hospitals, health insurance, and physicians, emphasizing diversity and team care.

We seek a Nursing Manager for our 47-bed Surgical Cardiac and Neuroscience unit at the downtown Fresno campus. The unit cares for complex cardiac and neuro conditions, including post-surgical, trauma, and neurological cases. The manager will lead operations, staffing, quality improvement, and care implementation, fostering teamwork and communication.

The hospital is a Level I Trauma Center and affiliated with UCSF, serving nine counties with advanced technology and expert staff, including surgeons and hospitalists. The role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a high-acuity environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years healthcare experience, leadership skills, a California RN license, and current BLS certification.
