We seek an exceptional Nursing Manager for our combined Surgical Cardiac and Neuroscience unit at the downtown Fresno campus. This 47-bed unit cares for patients with cardiac surgical and neuro conditions, including post-open heart, VAD, trauma, epilepsy, brain tumors, and spinal injuries. The manager will lead operations, staffing, quality improvement, and care implementation, fostering teamwork and collaboration in a high-acuity environment.

The facility is a Level I Trauma Center and home to specialized centers for stroke and burns, serving nine counties and handling complex cases with advanced technology. The role offers the opportunity to work with skilled surgeons and a dedicated team of nurses, PCTs, and clerks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years healthcare experience, leadership experience, and relevant licenses (BLS, RN license for California). Pay ranges are estimates and may vary; bonuses apply only to external hires meeting specific criteria.
