RN Manager, Surgical CPCU & Neuro

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Manager for a combined Surgical Cardiac and Neuroscience unit in Fresno/Clovis, CA.

Our 47-bed unit provides care for cardiac surgical and neuro conditions, including post-open heart, VAD, trauma, epilepsy, tumors, and spinal injuries.

The role involves overseeing unit operations, staffing, quality improvement, and care implementation, requiring strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses, PCTs, and clerks in a facility with specialized services such as Level I Trauma, Stroke, and Burn Centers.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years healthcare experience, previous leadership, a valid RN license, and BLS certification. This position offers the opportunity to work in a top-tier, academic-affiliated hospital serving a large region with complex cases.
