We are seeking a compassionate Clinician to provide high-quality mental health and/or substance use treatment to adults.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.Deliver evidence-based therapies such as CBT and Motivational Interviewing, facilitating both group and individual sessions.Maintain accurate documentation and monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care and stay updated with best practices through ongoing professional development.Qualifications include a degree in psychology, social work, or related field, with preferred experience in mental health or addiction settings and licensure in Idaho.This full-time role offers a salary between $65,000 and $85,000, along with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and an in-person work environment.
