Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning, for clients with various mental health conditions.
Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake sessions.
Facilitate evidence-based therapy in person and via telehealth.
Develop and review individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through staffing sessions.
Complete timely documentation and attend staff meetings.
Qualifications include Minnesota licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or working toward licensure with a master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and follow ethical standards.
Salary ranges from $53,000 to $65,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), flexible schedule, paid time off, and professional development. This full-time position offers hybrid work options, based in Sartell, MN.
