Audubon Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse/Clinical Manager with home health experience to join their growing team.
Responsible for coordinating patient care in accordance with physician orders and agency standards. Supervised by the Director of Nursing, available during operating hours, and capable of managing agency activities independently. Qualifications include Louisiana RN licensure, 3-5 years of nursing, with at least 2 years in home health, and knowledge of CMS and DHH standards. Responsibilities encompass staff oversight, patient concern resolution, staff training, and participation in special projects. Preferred experience with Homecare Homebase software. Full-time position with a salary range of $65,000 – $78,500 per year.
