Job Description

Our Behavioral Health Facility in Ladoga, IN, is seeking a licensed Addiction Counselor to provide compassionate substance abuse treatment and aftercare services in a new, non-skilled inpatient setting.

  • Offer individual, group, and family counseling, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with community resources.
  • Manage caseloads, document progress, and facilitate referrals while collaborating with the clinical team.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and professional development activities.
  • Requirements include a relevant degree, active licensure, and credentials such as CADAC, LAC, or NCAC, along with 1-2 years of human services experience, preferably with substance use disorder clients.

    • Work hours are daytime shifts Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, with full benefits and a salary range of $64,000-$72,000. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Ladoga, IN, and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and ethical conduct skills.
