Job Description

Full-time Speech Language Pathologist position in an outpatient, private practice setting treating infants and children up to age nine. The role offers a 40-hour workweek with flexible scheduling, working alongside a multidisciplinary team including occupational and physical therapists, family resource coordinators, and specialists. Candidates with experience in birth to 3 populations and feeding disorders are preferred, but new graduates completing CFY are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include developing evidence-based speech programs, working directly with patients and families, evaluating therapy outcomes, documenting care, and collaborating with team members.

  • Qualifications include a Master’s degree or higher, licensure in Washington, pediatric experience preferred, strong communication skills, and rapport-building abilities.
