This full-time therapist role involves providing evidence-based, holistic treatment to residential youth and their families, focusing on Family Systems Theory.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, completing required documentation, facilitating family engagement, and offering counseling, crisis intervention, and support.
Other duties encompass attending trainings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing assessments, participating in court hearings, and supporting aftercare planning.
Qualifications require a licensed master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related fields, with experience working with trauma-affected children and families, and a valid Michigan license.
The role may supervise interns and involves physical activity, including participating in wilderness components.
