Job Description
This full-time therapist position involves providing evidence-based, holistic treatment to residential youth and their families, focusing on Family Systems Theory.
Adheres to agency and state policies, promoting mission and cultural sensitivity. Develops and implements individualized treatment and case plans, coordinating quarterly reviews. Provides counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support, including for abuse and trauma. Supports family engagement and develops alternative support systems when needed. Collaborates with treatment team, community agencies, and manages aftercare planning for smooth youth transitions. Participates in training, meetings, court testimonies, and supervision of interns. Maintains professional licensure, documentation, and complies with physical and work environment demands. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships, supporting youth development, and contributing to program excellence.
