Providing evidence-based therapy and case management for residential youth and their families, this role involves developing comprehensive treatment plans, facilitating therapeutic sessions, and promoting holistic, family-inclusive approaches.
Adhere to agency and state policies while upholding the organization’s mission and values, respecting cultural differences.Complete required training, documentation, and assessments timely, ensuring treatment continuity and legal compliance.Collaborate with treatment teams, community agencies, and families through meetings, reports, and court testimony to support youth’s well-being.Participate in crisis intervention, experiential activities, and professional development to maintain clinical proficiency.Supervise interns if applicable and perform duties with professionalism, flexibility, and dedication to program excellence.Qualifications include a licensed Master’s degree in a related field, valid Michigan licensure or progress toward full licensure, and experience working with trauma-affected children and families. Physical and environmental demands are consistent with direct client care, including some evening and weekend work.
