Clinical Supervisor, NP/PA-C

Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor, NP/PA-C, oversees daily operations at an occupational health clinic in a shipyard setting.

Ensure safety and quality standards by diagnosing and managing work-related injuries and illnesses.

Perform medical surveillance, physical exams, and case reviews for environmental exposures and safety programs.

Supervise clinical staff, provide clinical guidance, delegate tasks, and coordinate staffing and patient flow.

Offer training, mentorship, and ongoing education to clinical team members.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on injury management and return-to-work processes.

Identify and implement process improvements for workflow efficiency.

Qualifications include: Master’s degree in nursing, current Maine APN/PA-C license, minimum 5 years of NP/PA-C experience, managerial background, and occupational health experience preferred. Certification in BLS required; ACLS preferred. Must be able to work in person, including participating in Sea Trials.
