The Clinical Supervisor, NP/PA-C, oversees daily operations of an occupational health clinic within a shipyard setting.

Key responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and managing work-related injuries and illnesses, ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Performing medical surveillance and physical exams for exposure-related programs.

Supervising clinical staff, providing guidance, training, and scheduling support.

Collaborating with internal teams and external providers on case management and return-to-work processes.

Identifying workflow improvements for efficiency.

Requirements include a master’s degree in nursing, certification as an NP or PA-C, Maine licensure, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with managerial experience preferred. Occupational health experience and ability to work in a shipyard environment are highly desirable. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with work primarily on the first shift, in person.
