Job Description
The Youth Clinical Therapist provides face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management for youth populations, supporting sobriety, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
Proficient in DSM-5 for assessments; conducts therapy sessions in-office and community settings.
Maintains clinical records, manages caseload effectively, and ensures compliance with documentation standards.
Builds community resource connections for client support services.
Requires a counseling or social work degree, active Ohio license, 2+ years of behavioral health experience, and valid driver’s license.
Offers a sign-on bonus after 6 months, with salary range $58,000-$70,000/year, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
The role is full-time with a hybrid work location in Oregon, OH, and involves physical activity, including lifting and movement tasks.
