Job Description
The Youth Clinical Therapist provides face-to-face diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and case management services to youth, supporting goals like sobriety, mental health, and overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities include using DSM-5 for assessments, delivering psychotherapy in various settings, maintaining clinical records, managing caseload efficiently, and connecting clients to community resources.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, active Ohio or Michigan license, 2+ years of behavioral health experience, knowledge of clinical modalities, and valid driver’s license. Must obtain First Aid, CPR, and De-escalation certifications within 90 days.
Physical requirements involve standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and safe vehicle operation.
