Job Description

We are a community-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting at-risk girls and families in Erie, PA, by providing culturally responsive mental health counseling to foster resilience and healing in underserved communities.

Seeking a passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for a part-time, remote/hybrid contract role (10 hours/week). Responsibilities include offering individual, group, and family therapy, developing culturally responsive treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing crisis support to youth, single mothers, and families.

Qualifications include active Pennsylvania licensure, minimum 2 years of experience with youth/families, trauma-informed care knowledge, and strong communication skills. Benefits feature flexible scheduling, no billing responsibilities, and a collaborative environment.
