Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist II to join our team on a full-time, day shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities include:

• Care coordination and referral to healthcare and community resources.
• Participation in psychoeducational programs and support groups.
• Documentation and administrative tasks related to clinical care.
• Providing therapeutic and behavioral interventions tailored to patient needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in mental health/substance use treatment.
• Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP, or LSATP.
• Certification in BLS (within 3 months) and CPI (within 6 months).
