Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist II to join our team on a full-time, day shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).

Responsibilities include:
- Care coordination and referral to healthcare and community resources.
- Participation in psychoeducational programs and support groups.
- Documentation and administrative tasks related to clinical care.
- Providing therapeutic and behavioral interventions tailored to patient needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or higher in Mental Health, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of post-licensure experience in mental health/substance use treatment.
- Licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCP, or LSATP.
- Certification in BLS (within 3 months) and CPI (within 6 months).
