Join a diverse healthcare team dedicated to improving community health through compassionate, innovative care. The Clinical Nurse provides competent bedside nursing in a hospital setting, coordinating patient care based on professional standards.

Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.

Evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Deliver complex patient care, perform bedside testing, and utilize organizational policies and procedures.

Assist in developing personal and team goals, promote intra/interdepartmental collaboration, and support performance improvement activities.

Recognize complex data to prioritize care, assess discharge needs, and build relationships with families.

Collaborate with patients and families to plan care, considering cultural and ethnic factors.

Engage in current research and bring applicable ideas to the team.

Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, night-shift role is onsite with 36 hours per week.
