Join a diverse healthcare team dedicated to improving community health through compassionate, innovative care. The Clinical Nurse provides competent bedside nursing in a hospital setting, coordinating patient care based on professional standards.

  • Participate in patient and family education, assessing learning needs and readiness.
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Deliver complex patient care, perform bedside testing, and utilize organizational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing personal and team goals, promote intra/interdepartmental collaboration, and support performance improvement activities.
  • Recognize complex data to prioritize care, assess discharge needs, and build relationships with families.
  • Collaborate with patients and families to plan care, considering cultural and ethnic factors.
  • Engage in current research and bring applicable ideas to the team.
  • Requirements include graduation from a nursing program, North Carolina RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least one year of nursing experience. This full-time, night-shift role is onsite with 36 hours per week.
