Job Description

Seeking pediatric physicians for an innovative practice in Jacksonville, FL.

Providing family and community-focused care with a patient-centered medical home model, the practice operates across 7 locations with 12 pediatricians and 10 mid-level providers.

Open positions include:

• Outpatient provider for ambulatory care and newborn hospital calls.
• Hospitalist for admissions, inpatient care, and nursery calls.

Ideal candidates are passionate about comprehensive, compassionate pediatric care, with board certification in Pediatrics and a valid Florida medical license. Bilingual skills and developmental experience are preferred.
