Nurse Manager – Dialysis

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for an outpatient dialysis facility in Staten Island, NY.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising overall operations and clinical care
• Ensuring safe and effective management of End Stage Renal Disease patients
• Maintaining compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements, including Conditions for Coverage
• Providing strong leadership and interpersonal skills within the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year dialysis experience
• RN license with CPR certification
• Knowledge of regulatory standards
