Requirements — shift times: 8a-8a, including weekends — Coverage Level III — Proficient in all critical care skills — some transport — delivery from attendance — 26 beds- Newborn Nursery ADC 10-15 — Patients per shift: 7-10 NICU, nursery varies Please note that every bid MUST include the following information. -Phone number -Active License Number -Active state DEA Number -Email -Address (provider must be 90+ miles from facility) -DOB >>> PALS & NRP and must be through American Heart Association or American Red Cross If your bid is accepted, you must submit the credentialing documents 7 days after acceptance as this is a new start for CHS HBP. Your bid runs the risk of cancellation if all onboarding documents are not uploaded within the 7-day timeframe. All credentialing documents are in the “other documents” tab. ***You can start this process before your bid is accepted*** An active license IS mandatory for every bid.
