Join a dedicated team as an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) in Family Medicine in Prineville, Oregon, delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care within a Medical Home Model.
Full-time, 40-hour workweek with a minimum of 36 patient contact hours and participation in clinic call rotation (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, pharmacy, care managers, and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
Practice evidence-based family medicine focusing on preventive care, with responsibilities including EHR documentation, coding, and billing compliance.
Requirements include a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred), unrestricted Oregon PA/NP license, national certification, DEA & BLS certification, and 2+ years of outpatient family medicine experience.
