The Primary Care Provider delivers comprehensive healthcare services at a community health clinic, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, respect cultural values, and foster trust with patients.
Responsibilities include evaluating health conditions, managing illnesses, providing screenings and vaccinations, conducting outreach, and maintaining confidential records.
Requirements include an active license (MD, DO, APNP, or PA-C), board certification or eligibility, DEA registration, BLS certification, and experience in primary care, preferably in a community or tribal setting.
Strong communication skills and cultural competency are essential.
Position is full-time, based in Crandon, WI, with some travel, and offers a salary range of $94,000–$125,000.
