Job Description

Seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists, Counselors, and Social Workers to provide counseling to children (0-18) and families in a family-friendly, trauma-informed setting.

Enjoy low caseloads (25-30), flexible schedules, and opportunities for in-person, telehealth, and home visits. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and collaboration with child protective services.

Qualifications require licensure in NM (LMHC, LPCC, LMSW, LISW, LAMFT, LMFT). Benefits include competitive pay ($70k-$100k), health/dental/vision insurance, supervision for licensure, ongoing training, and internships. Positions are full-time, part-time, or contract, with daytime hours, Monday–Friday, based in a scenic location near outdoor attractions.
