This full-time position focuses on integrating primary care and mental health services to improve patient outcomes.
Work within an interdisciplinary team to screen, assess, and address mental health conditions using standardized tools and evidence-based practices. Provide in-person and phone support, document in electronic health records, and ensure compliance with policies. Assist patients in navigating healthcare systems, including community resources and external services. Supervise graduate and early career clinicians as needed, and participate in team meetings and supervision. Maintain a caseload of up to 45 cases, meet productivity standards, and complete all documentation daily. Qualifications include a relevant master’s or doctoral degree, active California license, 3-5 years of clinical experience, bilingual Spanish preferred, and cultural competence in Hispanic/Latino communities. The role requires in-person work in North Hollywood, CA, with relocation prior to start. Salary ranges from $104,000 to $114,000 annually.
