We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team in Mountain Home, AR.
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic conditions. Conduct physical exams, develop care plans, and perform diagnostic assessments, including lab and imaging tests. Administer treatments such as medications, injections, and IV infusions. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease management. Collaborate with healthcare teams and refer to specialists as needed. Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA and engage in telehealth consultations. Candidates should have a strong nursing background, experience with EMR/EHR systems, and proficiency in clinical procedures. Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
