Job Description

Seeking a Licensed Masters Level Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LISW) or Masters Level Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LPCC) for a full-time remote contract role. Candidates licensed in NM are encouraged to apply.

The Behavioral Health Clinician provides direct client care, including assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and screenings, following evidence-based models like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. Responsibilities include creating treatment plans, collaborating with client systems, maintaining documentation, and adhering to agency policies.

Qualifications include a valid master’s licensure, preferably with 3+ years of experience, though new graduates and provisional licensure considered. Experience with mandated populations, substance use disorders, and relevant training is preferred.

Must have excellent digital literacy, communication skills, and the ability to navigate telehealth platforms.
