Job Description
The Behavioral Health Clinician provides remote, full-time mental health services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and advocacy, following evidence-based models such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, and MI.
Must hold a valid NM license (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC) and have at least 3 years of experience or recent graduates with provisional licensure. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting in electronic health records, collaborating with legal and community resources, and following agency and program protocols. Candidates should have excellent digital literacy, communication skills, and experience with mandated populations and substance use disorders preferred.
