Job Description

The Behavioral Health Clinician is a full-time, remote position requiring licensure in NM (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC).
They provide assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and support services for clients with mental health, substance use, or opioid use disorders, following evidence-based models like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and MI.
The role involves creating treatment plans, documenting in electronic health records, and collaborating with legal and community resources.
Applicants should have a master’s degree, at least 3 years of experience or provisional licensure, and current NM licensure.
Qualifications include excellent digital literacy, effective communication, and experience with mandated populations.
