Job Description
The Behavioral Health Clinician is a full-time, remote position requiring licensure in NM (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC).
Provide assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and support services for clients with mental health, SUD, and OUD diagnoses. Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, EMDR, DBT, MI) in various settings, including telehealth. Create treatment plans, document case notes within 24 hours, and collaborate with clients, families, and community resources. Maintain licensure, CEUs, and participate in training and supervision. Must have strong digital literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience with mandated populations. Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $90,000 annually, with benefits such as health/dental insurance, paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling. Part-time positions are not available.
