Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

The Licensed Masters Level or Masters Level Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC) provides remote, full-time behavioral health services, including assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy, following evidence-based models such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, and MI.

They must deliver 32 billable hours weekly, utilize telehealth platforms, maintain electronic health records, and follow specific treatment protocols for clients with mental health, substance use, and opioid use disorder diagnoses.

Key responsibilities include creating treatment plans, collaborating with clients and community resources, adhering to agency policies, and participating in training and supervision. Candidates should hold valid state licensure, have relevant experience (preferably 3+ years), and demonstrate excellent communication and digital literacy skills.
