Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are hiring a full-time mental health therapist or counselor (LMSW, LISW, LMHC, etc.) for a hybrid remote or in-office role in Ottumwa, IA, with an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include providing outpatient mental health services to patients of all ages, such as clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy, and documentation.

Ongoing training, certification, and licensing supervision are available.
