Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) passionate about compassionate, high-quality wound care in a mobile, home-based setting.
Provide personalized wound assessments and advanced treatments, including surgical debridement, in patients’ homes. Develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate with healthcare teams, and educate patients and staff. Enjoy a full-time, flexible schedule Monday–Friday with no on-call, evenings, or weekends. Travel locally (~75%) with all equipment and supplies provided; mileage reimbursed. Qualifications include licensure and certification in Minnesota, wound care experience preferred, and ability to travel.
