Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our leading pain management practice with two locations and a surgery center in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.
Provide comprehensive chronic pain care through diagnosis, treatment, and interventional procedures.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, educate patients, and prescribe therapies in line with guidelines.
Collaborate with physicians on interventional procedures like injections.
Maintain licensing, follow safety protocols, and ensure continuous education.
Requirements include at least 1 year of pain management experience, active OR license, DEA, and certification as NP or PA.
Full-time role with day shifts, rotating call, no weekends, offering benefits such as health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 based on experience.
