Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our leading pain management practice with two locations and a surgery center in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.
Provide comprehensive pain care, including diagnostics, treatment plans, interventional procedures, and patient education.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, make diagnoses, prescribe medications, and assist with interventional procedures like injections.
Ensure compliance with licensing, prescribing, and practice protocols.
Work in a collaborative, in-person setting with no weekend shifts, rotating call, and a day shift schedule.
Requires at least 1 year of experience, active license and DEA, with preferences for pain management background and EMR proficiency (EPIC).
Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, based on experience.
