We are a leading independent pain management practice with two locations and a surgery center in Medford, OR, serving over 10,000 patients.

We seek a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive pain care, including diagnosis, treatment, and interventional procedures. The role involves ordering and interpreting tests, patient education, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians.

Requirements include licensure in OR, active DEA, and preferably 1+ year of pain management experience. No nights or weekends, rotating call, in-person work. Compensation ranges from $120K-$150K annually, with benefits like 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and holidays.
