Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor oversees daily nursing operations and ensures patient safety and care quality in collaboration with nursing leadership.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, guiding clinical practice, and supporting interdisciplinary teamwork to deliver comprehensive patient and family services.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred), active RN license, and current certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS/NRP, TNCC, and CPI as applicable.
Requires at least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Works irregular hours, manages multiple activities, and handles emergency situations, with exposure to infectious diseases and varying environments.
Must demonstrate the ability to provide age-appropriate care, maintain good body mechanics, and meet physical requirements for patient handling and emergency response.
